funds, and you have no other registered accounts on our platform, please
use the contact form below and provide:

1. Exact registered email address or account ID
2. High-resolution photo ("Selfie") showing:
   • You holding your government-issued ID
   • Handwritten note displaying "QUOTEX", current date, and your
     signature

   *Your face, full upper body, and both arms must be visible. ID details
   must be clear and legible.

3. Deposit proof for this account (bank statement or payment system
   receipt)
